EU orders

Applicable VAT and import duties are included in your checkout total. Please review the breakdown before completing your purchase.

US orders

We pay import duties through our shipping service when purchasing your postage label.

Canada orders

Import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees are not included in your order total. If applicable, these charges are payable by you to the delivery carrier before your parcel is delivered.

Australia orders

Customs duty generally does not apply to goods valued at AUD 1,000 or less. GST rules are separate.

Other destinations

Import duties, local taxes and carrier handling fees may apply, depending on your destination and order. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the delivery carrier before delivery.
