Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
How to track your order
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your order is on its way" (don't forget to check your spam/junk folder).
- Click the tracking link in that email to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
- Alternatively, copy your tracking number from the email and enter it on the carrier's website.
Check your order status
You can also view the current status of your order — including whether it has been fulfilled and any tracking information — by visiting your order confirmation email and clicking "View your order". This takes you to your order status page where you can see real-time updates.
Shipping times
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail Click & Drop. Once dispatched, you can expect:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays for international orders.
